Work Instructions: Cleaning a Reclaim Basket strainer
Preliminary Note:
- This should be completed every morning before opening.
Procedure:
- Place the reclaim into “Hand Mode”
- Loosen the dog bone ear bolts on the reclaim basket and take off the cover.
- Pull out the strainer basket.
- Spray off mud and other debris from the basket.
- Place the strainer basket back inside.
- Put the cover and dog ear bolts back on, but do not tighten them.
- Put reclaim back into “Auto” and press “Prime now”
- Wait for the water to build and start overflowing from the basket to release all of the air.
- When water starts to overflow tighten the dog bone ear bolts down.
- Reclaim should go back into “Auto” mode after the cover on the basket is tightened down.
