Project Title: AIO to ASCO Conversion
- Converts the ASCO solenoid valves to angle body valves on the All In One.
Project Background:
The Asco to angle body conversion kit is being launched to reduce weeping caused by debris getting trapped in the Asco valve, therefore reducing water usage and improving reliability. The conversion kit also equips sites to use reclaim underbody. The conversion uses cam and groove adapters for easy attachment and an angle body piston valve to deliver a fully closed valve as well as the plumbing necessary to hook up the underbody blaster to reclaim. This conversion will be utilized by non-Water Treatment Center sites with an all-in-one pump station that experience a large amount of debris.
Criteria:
- Determine if the site does not have a Water Treatment Center
- Determine if the site has an all-in-one pump station
- Determine if the site has Asco valves and wants to upgrade to angle body valves
