Regular inspections help identify and address potential safety hazards before they become serious issues. This process should be completed after hours while no cars are in the wash.

Tommy 1.2 and 2.0 Blowers - Work Instructions
While standing outside the blower room, manually start blower 1 from the iPad.
Once the blower ramps to full speed, evaluate performance. Listen and observe for:
- Smooth deceleration. Blower should slow down gradually, not stop abruptly.
- Blast gate function. Blast gates should open and close all the way. You should be able to hear each one opening and closing.
- Irregular shaking or excessive vibration. If observed, verify mounts, U-bolts, housing, and nozzle hardware are not loosening.
- Excessive or abnormal noise such as scraping, rubbing, knocking, whining, clinking, or unbalanced whirring.
Turn the blower OFF on the iPad.
Repeat all steps for each remaining blower.
- If any abnormal findings are detected:
- Turn off the blower disconnect.
- Apply lockout/tagout.
- Contact Equipment Support.
