How to set up Mobile Star Micronics printer

1. On the Tommy POS iPad go to settings.

2. Click on “Bluetooth.”

3. Turn on mobile Star Micronics with left power button.

4. The mobile Star Micronics will Auto-bluetooth. After powering on look for Star Micronics on the Tommy POS iPad and pair it. 

        4a. The Pin for the Mobile printer is “1234”

5. Open the Lid of the Micronics by pressing on the left light grey button.

6. Press and Hold both the “power” button and the “FEED” button on the left and the right of the printer for 5 to 10 seconds until the "Setup Menu" appears.

7. Close the lid with printer paper in place, this will change the print mode to EMU print mode.

        7a. It should print "EMU = StarPRNT" if it worked.

8. Now log out of the POS app, close it, reopen it, and log back in

9. Power cycle the Mobile printer.

10. The printer should now be ready to receive a payment, check this by running a Credit card or Cash payment on the POS app.
