There are times you may need to switch the view of the Point of Purchase screen to process a transaction for a different lane than the default. This may be to verify a license plate for a PayPerWash membership or to assist a Guest who accidentally went to the app lane without a membership.
To switch lanes:
- Select a lane from the tabs at the top of the screen.
- Complete the necessary action depending on the transaction.
- After the transaction is complete, the Point of Purchase screen will return to the preferred lane that is set in the settings menu.
