Sometimes, a guest with an active membership will approach the cashier window rather than enter the wash through lanes 2 and 3. Often this is because they have a question for the team member at Flight Deck One. Therefore, the gate will not automatically open. When the Point of Purchase box is green, the Guest has an active membership.
To process a member in the cashier lane:
- Check the Point of Purchase screen for a green box.
- Tap the green box when the Guest is ready to proceed through the wash.
- If they are not using their membership or do not intend to go through the wash, you can press the Hide button to the right, removing the green box. The cashier can then sell another wash package or bail out the Guest.
