Rewashes are offered to Guests who have paid for a wash and are not fully satisfied with the wash they received. If this occurs, we always offer the WORKS package as a rewash. Capturing appropriate information about the rewash at the Point of Purchase gives us feedback about wash quality.
To process a rewash, complete the following steps:
- Select a wash package.
- Select Re-Wash.
- Add a quick description for the rewash.
- Add customer and vehicle details, if necessary.
- Select rewash reason.
- Select Continue.
- By selecting continue, you are finalizing the rewash process. The gate will open, and the wash package will be added to the stack.
