Work Instructions: How to clean out the Body Wax Manifold, Rain Bar, and Foamers
Potential Parts Needed:
- C-Sprayer (P-M2086)
- Foam Generator (P-CHE-2132)
- Foam Generator Insert (P-CHE-2140)
Tools Needed:
- Tommy Brite or Dawn Dish Soap
- Power Sprayer
- Scotch-Brite Pad
- Ladder
Procedure:
- Remove all three foamers from the manifold.
- Take out the foam inserts and clean or replace them depending on the wear/age of the inserts.
- Clean out the foam generators with Scotch-Brite pad, and Dawn Dish Soap, and rinse with the bay wash gun.
- Remove the black foaming sprayers.
- Spray out both sprayers with the bay wash gun.
- Use the bay wash gun and spray out the wax manifold starting at one end. Repeat from the other end.
- Spray each hole from underneath the manifold using the bash wash gun.
- Reinstall all foamers and spray nozzles on the Body wax manifold.
- Manually fire the Body Wax function to check correct coverage.
- If you have holes on the manifold bar that are still clogged, you will need to reclean the Body Wax manifold bar.
