Parts Required:
- .75 GPM Injector- Tan (P-HFI-202-1-.75)
- 1.5 GPM Injector- Orange (P-HFI-202-1-1.4)
- 2.0 GPM Injector- Gray (P-HFI-202-1-2.1)
- 2.0 GPM Dual Injector-Gray (P-HFI-202-2-2.1)
- 2.25 GPM Injector- Blue (P-HFI-202-1-2.3)
- 3.25 GPM Injector- Light Green (P-HFI-202-1-3.2)
- 5.5 GPM Injector- Dark Green (P-HFI-202-1-5.5)
- 8.0 GPM Water Only Injector- Black (P-HFI-202-1-8)
- Injector Elbow (P-WAT-2724)
- Injector Quick Connect (P-WAT-2723)
Tools Required:
- Table vice and/or pliers
- Thread tape
Procedure:
- Ensure the wash is not running or that the function being worked on is set to "OFF" on the iPad.
- Put on gloves and safety glasses.
- Remove detergent draw line and outgoing water line from injector inside the pod.
- Remove the injector by pulling up on the retaining collar of the hydraflex valve, and pulling down on the injector.
- Bring the injector and elbow assembly to vice, clamp down on the elbow, and remove the injector.
- Referencing the Detergent Pod Standard Sheet, thread tape and install a new injector into the elbow. This is also a good time to install a new metering tip.
- Remove the assembly from the vice and reinstall on hydraflex valve.
- Reconnect the detergent draw line and outgoing water line, test the function and inspect for leaks.
