Work Instructions: How to clean out the Stainless Steel and Polyethylene Water Lines
Issue: After cleaning the Rain Bar/Wax Manifolds, cleaning and/or replacing the Foam generator, replacing the injectors and metering tips, cleaning the VersaDials, Cleaning and/or Rebuilding the Hydra-Flex, replacing the foot valves, and adjusting air pressure to fix a Rain Bar/Wax Manifold not evenly coating a car with Tommy Brite detergent. It might be necessary to clean the Poly and Stainless steel from the Hydra-Flex to the Arch Rain bar/Wax Manifold.
Material:
• Foam Ear Plugs
Instructions:
1. Disconnect the polyline from the Stainless-Steel arch lines.
2. Disconnect the polyline coming out of the Hydra-Flex Cannon
3. Insert one Foam Ear Plug into the Hydra-Flex Polyline.
4. Reconnect the Hydra-Flex Polyline.
5. Turn on the function manually.
6. Run the function until Ear plug shoots out of the end of the polyline.
7. Clean up any debris.
8. Disconnect the Rain Bar/ Wax Manifold line.
9. Insert one Foam Ear Plug into the Arch stainless-steel line.
10. Reconnect the Polyline to the stainless-steel arch lines.
11. Turn on the function manually.
12. Run the function until Ear plug shoots out of the end of the Stainless-steel Arch line.
13. Clean up any debris.
14. Reconnect the Rain Bar/ Wax Manifold line to the Stainless-steel Arch lines.
15. Turn on the function manually to test for leaks and improved flow.
